Analisa Martinez-Morris
Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Analisa Martinez-Morris is an educational leader, strategist, military veteran, and founder of SchoolFit™. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she has served in education, military intelligence, and organizational leadership while helping families navigate complex educational decisions with clarity and confidence.
She developed the SchoolFit Whole Child Alignment Framework™, a proprietary methodology designed to help families identify learning environments where children are known, supported, challenged, and empowered to thrive.

Paulina Lerma-Banuelos is an award-winning educational leader, bilingual educator, and instructional expert. Her experience spans classroom instruction, school leadership, curriculum development, multilingual education, and district initiatives focused on student success.
