Analisa Martinez-Morris is the Founder & Chief Operations Officer of SchoolFit™, an educational advisory company designed to help families identify learning environments where children can feel known, supported, challenged, and empowered to thrive.
Her work is grounded in educational leadership, family advocacy, research-informed decision-making, intelligence analysis, and a deep commitment to helping families navigate school choices with clarity and confidence.
Analisa brings more than 20 years of leadership experience shaped by military service, intelligence analysis, education, program leadership, and family-centered advocacy. She has also taught in public, private, and charter school settings, giving her a broad understanding of how different school environments serve students and families.
As a veteran, intelligence analyst, educator, and educational leader, Analisa brings a disciplined, equity-centered, and whole-child approach to school advising. SchoolFit™ was built to help families move through important educational decisions with structure, clarity, and care.
