Her work is grounded in educational leadership, family advocacy, research-informed decision-making, and a deep commitment to helping families navigate school choices with clarity and confidence.

As a veteran and educational leader, Analisa brings a disciplined, equity-centered, and whole-child approach to school advising. SchoolFit™ was built to help families move through important educational decisions with structure, clarity, and care.
